How long is the mentorship program?
Most members complete the mentorship roadmap in 8–12 weeks, depending on preparation level and time commitment. You can go faster or slower. Your mentor will guide you with a structured weekly plan. Each 1:1 Mentorship session is 1 hour session and conducted by Sr FAANG engineers from Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, etc
What results can I expect?

How do the mock interviews work?
Mock interviews are 1 hour sessions and conducted by senior FAANG engineers. Every session includes:

Do I need to already be “good” at DSA or System Design for this program?
No.
We take you from where you are → to where the offer is through structured plans, problem lists, and accountability.
Do you help with resume, LinkedIn, and referrals?
Yes. We do resume review to improve impact and clarity, help out in optimizing your LinkedIn profile, coach you on networking, and jobsearch that lead to real interview calls.
Referrals are not guaranteed, but you will be taught to secure them strategically.

What is the time commitment per week?
On average, 20-30 hours per week, which includes study time, mock interviews, assignments and mentor check-ins.
Is this program online?
Yes, everything is fully remote and global. Live mentorship sessions, mock interviews, and community discussions are done online.
How long before I see interview calls or offers?
This depends on consistency.
Most active mentees begin getting interviews within 3–6 weeks, and offers within 8–12 weeks when following the roadmap correctly.
