Lakshmi is the founder of “Everyone Who Codes (EWC)” and a passionate technical recruiter with extensive experience in recruiting and building high-performing teams for leading tech companies and startups. Lakshmi specializes in aligning hiring strategies with business goals and future talent needs while seamlessly integrating AI to make the hiring process faster and more efficient.
Throughout her career, Lakshmi has partnered with top organizations like Twitter, AWS, and various insurtech startups. Her expertise lies in delivering exceptional candidate experiences, solving organizational challenges, and assembling teams that drive growth.
